Recently discovered that this is from the 1940's. Has been in my family since 1962. History before that is unknown. Normal wear from use & age. We used to tune it pretty regularly, but it's been some time now. It still sounds wonderful! There is different random areas where there is wax build up (see last photo of the worst example). There is a white mark on the lower left side (see 11th photo). The inside looks very good (see 6th, 7th & 8th photos). There are lots of scratches in random areas. One of the legs on the piano bench was chewed by one of my puppies many years ago (see front lower left leg in 9th photo).
